Louisa Martinez earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Arizona in 2019. Bear down! (iykyk)

Although she never really dreamt of labor, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. In 2020, when the pandemic hit, she worked where help was needed and processed COVID-19 samples for testing.

In 2021, Louisa googled “healthcare research jobs near me” and heard back from the first company she applied for. There she realized she had a knack for research and a thirst for learning. 

She eventually moved her way up in the world and scored a sweet gig as the Director of Research for, yours truly, KIRIA Research. 

Louisa is a full-time mom to a beautiful golden retriever. She enjoys crafting, working out, themed parties, music festivals, traveling, and date nights with her S/O.
