Dejana Nikolic

Dejana Nikolic is the Chief Research Officer at KIRIA Research. She earned bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and economics from the University of Arizona. 

In 2015, she began working in the healthcare IT industry in Wisconsin at everyone’s favorite EHR, Epic (not an acronym, as founder Judy Faulkner would regularly correct). After spending some time in the cold debugging code, Nikolic decided to return to her home state of sunny Arizona and continue her journey into the healthcare world. 

In 2018, she began working as a market research associate studying the ins and outs of the healthcare industry. She quickly became responsible for the operations, design, and quality control of the reports. 

Earning a master’s degree in a design discipline, she is passionate about visual storytelling and making complex topics easy to understand.
