At KIRIA we are a team that likes to have fun while we work and take great pride in what we deliver. We’ve stacked our team with all those kids you tried to copy off of in school. They are knowledgeable, meticulous, dependable individuals who get the job done. KIRIA Research is led by our fearless leader and CEO Dr. Sadhna Bokhiria (not a real Doctor).

Dr. Sadhna Bokhiria (not an MD – much to her parent’s dismay…) learned at a very young age there are only three potential career paths for an over-achieving child of rigid Indian parents… Doctor… Lawyer… or Major Disappointment… She chose the latter (and took it up a notch) by majoring in Shakespearean Studies.
Dejana Nikolic Chief Research Officer
Dejana Nikolic is a consultant at KIRIA Research. She earned bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and economics from the University of Arizona.
Louisa Martinez Director of Research
Louisa Martinez earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Arizona in 2019. Bear down! (iykyk).
